that on the basis of art. 18 of the Accounting and Auditing Law ("Official Gazette. Gazette of FRY" no. 46/06) and the audit services Contract regarding the audit of financial statements for Y2009 with your company, we implore your timely notice about the work plan of the indexing committee in order to send auditors to attend the same.
It is necessary to send us final list of last updated date at the above address.
Please make a copy for our documentation of the survey about the census conducted on December 31st 2009, with the corresponding decisions on the adoption of the same, and one copy of the entire census (census lists) for inspection in order to use them when performing audit of your financial statements. |
