Partner and Director

Zvezdan Božinović
Mr. Božinović started his audit career in 1996 in Deloitte & Touche, Belgrade. During employment in the international company, he attended number of professional training programs. He stayed with Deloitte & Touche until year 2000. During his career in D & T he was in charge of audit engagements in number of medium and big companies such as Jugopetrol, Duvanski kombinat, Prekookeanska plovidba…

After that, he spent two years in a local audit company at position of executive audit director. He was in charge of audit of big companies, such as Simpo- production of furniture, Vranje, PE Srbijašume-management and care of national forests, Belgrade, Railway of Serbia Navip-production of alcoholic drinks, Zemun and managed audit related services. He also has rich experience in serving government and government institutions such as Ministry of Finance of Republic of Montenegro, Pension fund of the Republic of Montenegro, Agency for National Goods Reserves of the Republic of Serbia.

Certified Auditors

Prof. PhD Slavoljub Martić
Mr. Martić an active proffesor at the University of Economics in Belgrade. He also supervised audits of great number of big companies (Čelik, FAP, Bell Pagette, Fiaz, Morava, Minel).

Bogdan Jeličić
Mr. Jeličić in the period from 1978 until 1991 he coordinated work of numerous teams engaged in audits of banks all over the former Yugoslavia as a manager in the Central Agency for Clearing. During his career in the Central Agency for Clearing he also gained licence of certified auditor. He also worked for Federal Ministry of Finance of Yugoslavia on projects with IBRD.

Radmila Stamenić Bašić
Radmila Stamenić Bašić worked as an auditor since 1980. Her work history includes the Central Agency for Clearing of Serbia in period between 1980 and 1994, during which she also took multiple professional courses and earned a certified auditor degree. She ammased substantial practical experience in MGI Revision and accountancy firm, where she worked as coordinator and audit supervisor for financial reports creation, consolidations, reclassifications, internal controls, credit portfolios and capital assesments. Mrs. Bašić client portfolio includes over 30 small and large banks (including biggest systems such as Beogradska banka and Jugobanka), insurance companies, brokerage agencies, NGO’s and other financial institutions. Lately she has been engaged as audit supervisor on projects such as Antikor, Globos doo, Jat ketering, Makler invest, Uni global doo, Zajednički informacioni sistemi, Lala Stanković etc.

Milka Ćirić
Mrs. Ćirić has extensive experience in the accounting profession as she has been working as head of accounting departments in several domestic companies. Furthermore she posesses rich experience and expertise in tax system and tax issues.

Our audit services include constant contact with our clients to whom we are flexible advisors ready to give professional advice and opinion on their accounting system and internal controls throughout the entire year. We use internationally accepted top audit methodology combined with individual and formed to fit approach to our clients.

Our auditors possess rich experience from various fields and industries as well as the capacity and motivation to continously enrich and expand their knowledge according to the specific needs of our clients.

LB Rev employs 18 carefully selected employees, from which 15 are Certified Auditors and Auditors. Our professionals work constantly on earning and maintaining our clients’ trust and confidence. The times are changing. Just few years ago everything was different. The International Accounting Standards have been introduced, the new Law on Accounting and Audit has been passed, the professional practice has been placed under supervision of the Chamber of Certified Auditors. The entire economic environment has been adopted to market economy. All these achievements make us to feel victorious. Since the feeling is powerful, we intend to make it stronger and long lasting.

Our team has fourteen professionals who are entirely dedicated to achieving that aim, regarding audit services, as well as the accounting, tax and related financial consulting services. More than hundred of our clients have distinguished our dedication to the profession and the hard work, and have rewarded us with their trust and confidence.
